The hotel is located in a very good and convenient area, which makes it easy to access nearby shops and amenities.
However, there are several areas that need improvement. Basic toiletries such as soap were not refilled prior to check-in and had to be requested. An ironing board was not available in the room and also required a request. The toilet hanging fixtures were not properly maintained and need repair. Additionally, parts of the room appear run-down and would benefit from refurbishment and general maintenance.
Overall, the location is a strong point, but improvements in room maintenance, housekeeping preparation, and facilities would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Location of hotel is just connected to MRT via link bridge. There is eatery behind the hotel & it is open evening time only. Price is abit higher

Even is a long times years hotel, but when you step in to hotel, you will feel very comfortable and like it. The room is big enough. Just some part in the room maybe hotel management overlook. But room door third lock spoiled,. But i choose to ignore it because i feel safe in the hotel.housekeeping need to alert because in my room toothbrush shower cap only provide one instead of 2.room slipper ourstanding but i able request blfron the staff. Check in and check out feel Smooth. Hotel got gym room, swimming pool etc. Last, car park need to pay RM4 and not free.

For a “5 star” hotel, the rooms are very dated, stained and wall papers are peeling and moldy.
The first room we were in, the bed sheets had stains and one clothing cabinet were missing their doors. The safe was also not working.
Not satisfied, we are requested for a change of room and it was slightly better but the safe box was missing, no emergency torchlight and wallpaper was also peeling. The bed side lamp was also stained.
Either choose to refresh the hotel or put it as a 2 star hotel with the room conditions you have.

The location is strategic coz easy access to main road and highways.. The reception staff is efficient but not that friendliest we have dealt with.. I had a bad experience using the hotel ‘Royale Text Action’ as it was not providing fast response as their aimed..

For improvement, front desk staff must be alert with customers’ request. I stated my request online and once again reminded the staff when checking in. He nodded understanding it. Unfortunately, he didn’t fulfil it and didn’t clarify at all.
Overall, it’s a good stay.

雖然酒店比較舊了但整體還算是OK的，早餐選擇也很多，住宿價格也不貴??

每次出差首選，出行方便，周邊商場可購物，美食也很符合我們的口味，服務很好，環境舒適，

Stayed with my friend at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is very beautiful eventhough it looks a bit rundown from the outside. Love the amenities provided. The tv display was not so clear and there is a something smelly coming from the carpet when we got back to the hotel in the evening. The bed and pillow were not that comfortable. With the price n location, i can consider to revisit this hotel in the future. The location is just beside The Curve and Mutiara Damansara MRT station. The toilet is the best. Strong water pressure and good heater

房間很大，位置好，距離MRT地鐵站2分鐘，距離Curve和IPC商場、IKEA步行5分鐘。
周邊購物、吃飯都非常方便。
泳池還不錯。
設備老舊，毛巾舊并發黃。
自助早餐種類一般，跟One World Hotel的早餐沒法比。當然，價格擺在那，沒什么可抱怨的。
如果為了交通便利，這家酒店是個不錯的選擇！
