The hotel is service is good. They gave us a cake as it was our anniversary. Overall was good.
Only 1 negative point. The room was supposed to be smoke free but we could smell even in the corridors second hand smoke. The room was really really thick with cigarette smoke smell in their carpets all the way to the bed sheets. But their room service was prompt to respond. Kudos. But the smell lingered.
I suspect there are guests smoking on the non smoking floors. We can smell in through the ventilation system
The hotel should seriously enforce their non smoking policy.

Superior King Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was so good, various of choice and tasty. Overall it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience ??

The room was never clean properly.
The towel like few years never change, look very old and unclean stain on it.
The wash basin dirty, shower area the floor tiles are broken, not sure if the showered water will soaked into lower level room. ??
The carpet definitely you do not want to step on it with your barefoot, terrible feeling.
The hotel room air conditioning control still using analog control, which is should be display in the museum.
The room was not prepared bottle drinking water, they go for environmental friendly use the filtered pipe water for drinking water, but with the way they manage the hotel, inhave doubt whether the filtered pipe water safe to drink? Since the basic amenities not well maintained the cleanliness very bad, it is very suspicious the water safe to drink.
Very terrible experience, I book Deluxe King room, with RM230+ it is not worth it, compare to other hotel with lower price better than Royal Chulan Damansara.

Was waiting almost 40mins just yo check in. No sorry no welcome no smile. Nothing, Incomplete basic needs in room like slippers and laundry bag.

Overall, the stay was okay. The breakfast was good and satisfying. However, I would recommend changing the bed as it seems quite old and caused some back pain.

Stayed here for work purposes. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is convenient with easy access to nearby facilities. Overall, a pleasant stay.
